Tammy Forbis

Senior Property Manager

Tammy has 20 years of experience in the commercial property management industry in Phoenix, Arizona. Tammy is responsible for over 750,000 sf of office, retail, COREA and commercial associations throughout the Phoenix metro area. Properties include Verrado, Laveen Pavilions, Crown on 7th, Shops at Ocotillo, Bayshore Plaza, Higley Park Commons and Marley Park. Responsibilities comprise of day to day operations, monthly reporting, budgets, service contracts, lease administration, capital projects, CAM Reconciliations, supervision of on-site maintenance and vendors and client communication.

Tammy started her career at Colliers International where she spent 18 years becoming a seasoned property manager before joining MSREA in 2022. Tammy is an Arizona Real Estate licensee and is currently pursuing her Real Property Administrator designation (RPA).
