Megan Kruger-Dugan, CPM ®

Vice President / Senior Property Manager

Megan has over 20 years of experience in the commercial property management field in Phoenix, Arizona and is currently responsible for the daily operations of over 700,000sf of office, retail, mixed-use, and commercial associations, including: Scottsdale Waterfront, Riverside I and Riverside II Associations, Johnson Bank Office Center, 3020 Camelback, Cotton Center I, and Greystone Business Park. Her duties include: lease and vendor contract administration, financial reporting and budgeting, supervision of on-site maintenance, security, and administrative staff, and overseeing all capital and tenant improvement projects. Megan worked her way through the ranks with Carlson Real Estate Company and Cushman & Wakefield managing suburban and high-rise office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial projects. She earned her CPM® designation from IREM in 2008 and is an Arizona Real Estate Broker.
