Paula has over twenty-five years of experience in the commercial property management field and is currently responsible for all aspects of operations, management and leasing activities for the 241,000 square foot mixed use project Market Street at DC Ranch in North Scottsdale. Paula joined MSREA in November 2004. Her duties include all facets of property management, lease and vendor contract administration, financial reporting and budgeting, supervision of on-site maintenance, security and administrative staff, overseeing all capital and tenant improvement projects and working closely with the leasing team on all lease transactions.

Prior to joining MSREA, Paula worked for Trammell Crow as a leasing and marketing assistant in the brokerage department, Insignia/ESG, Allegiance Realty Advisors, Wilson Property Services and Pacific Ridge, managing office, retail and industrial properties for various property owners, such as Lowe Enterprises and McMorgan & Company.  Paula started her career in Austin, Texas with Henry S. Miller and Russo Properties before relocating to Arizona in 1988.

Paula is an Arizona Real Estate licensee and has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
