Michelle has over eight years of experience in the commercial property management field in Phoenix, Arizona. She joined MSREA in May 2009 and is currently responsible for the daily operations of Gainey Ranch Financial Center. Her duties include; lease and vendor contract administration, financial reporting and budgeting, supervision of on-site maintenance, security and administrative staff, overseeing all capital and tenant improvement projects. Michelle worked her way through the ranks with PETsMART, Inc., Vestar, Inc. and Cavan Real Estate Investments, including managing office and retail and projects and earned her CPM® designation from IREM in 2009 and is an Arizona Real Estate Licensee.
