Michael has over fifteen years of experience in the commercial property management field in Phoenix, Arizona. He was on the founding team of MSREA and is currently responsible for the supervision of all maintenance related activities for approximately 800,000 square feet of office, retail and commercial associations including Market Street at DC Ranch, Canyon Village, DC Ranch Crossing, Verrado District Core, P.F. Chang’s Corporate Headquarters, Surprise Office Center and Crossroads Lakes Professional Plaza. Previously, Michael served as Chief Engineer at Kierland Commons, a Class “A” mixed use project consisting of 465,000 square feet of prime retail and office space.

His duties include day-to-day efficient operations, service and maintenance of all structural, mechanical, electrical and all other systems/equipment serving the properties under his supervision including supervision of on-site maintenance teams, vendors, contractors, security and day porter staff. Michael has worked his way through the ranks with Westcor, Insignia/ESG and Cushman & Wakefield, working on office and retail projects. Michael is well versed in all aspects of site construction as it pertains to operations of a project and has extensive experience in supervision of Capital and Tenant Improvements.
