Megan has over five years of experience in the commercial property management field in Phoenix, Arizona. She joined MSREA in December 2008 and is currently responsible for the daily operations of The Shops at Gainey Village, 7025 Scottsdale, 3020 E. Camelback, Crossroads Lakes Professional Plaza and Chandler Echelon. Her duties include; lease and vendor contract administration, financial reporting and budgeting, supervision of on-site maintenance, security and administrative staff, overseeing all capital and tenant improvement projects. Megan worked her way through the ranks with Carlson Real Estate Company, including managing office, retail and industrial projects and earned her CPM® designation from IREM in 2008 and is an Arizona Real Estate Licensee.
