Kristin has over eight years of experience in the commercial property management field, five of which have been in Phoenix, Arizona. She joined MSREA in May 2006 and is currently responsible for the daily operations of Centerpoint on Mill, Centerpoint Owner’s Association, Verrado District Core, Verrado Condominium Association and Surprise Office Center. Previous to this assignment Kristin managed the 185,000 square foot Scottsdale Executive Office Plaza. Her duties at MSREA include; lease and vendor contract administration, financial reporting and budgeting, supervision of on-site maintenance, security and administrative staff, overseeing all capital and tenant improvement projects. Kristin worked her way through the ranks with various management companies in Southern California and Arizona including managing primarily retail projects and is currently working to obtain her CPM® designation from IREM and is an Arizona Real Estate Licensee.
